Atlanta, Texas -John McKeehan, 86, of Horatio, AR died Friday March 7, 2008 in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Mr. McKeenhan was born July 4, 1921in Cass County, Texas. He was amember of the First United
Methodist Church, a Goodsams Club, Fort Worth Masonic Lodge 148 and a World War II Veteran,
and Vietnam War Air Force Veteran.
John was preceeded in death by his wife, Doris McKeehan and one son John Michael McKeehan.
Survivors include two sons and one daughter-in-law, Mark and Nancy McKeehan of Abilene, TX., and
Chris McKeehan of Metairie, LA; one daughter and son-in-law, Marcy and Wade Whitmer of Kilgore, TX;
Three sisters Deen Patterson and Marjorie Fant of Atlanta, TX, and Millie White of Maud, TX.; his first
Wife, Betty Goodman of Kilgore, TX.. A special friend, June Burt of Horatio, AR; 12 grandchildren;
2 great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
Services was held at Hanner Funeral Service with Rev. Daren York officiating.
